For this multi-family residential project, our team at Stan Glass & Metal Works provided a comprehensive range of custom metal and glass fabrication services, covering both structural and decorative elements throughout the property.
The scope included the design, fabrication, and installation of multiple steel canopies — some featuring steel sheet tops for weather protection, and others with tempered glass tops for a lighter architectural look. We also fabricated and installed interior and exterior staircases, guardrails, and handrails, all engineered for strength, safety, and clean modern aesthetics.

To enhance the building’s exterior and shared spaces, we created decorative metal panels, trellises, and privacy screens, combining durability with visual appeal. Custom planters were also designed and fabricated to complement the overall architectural style and tie together the outdoor spaces.
